Here you can submit your request for a booking with inclusive tickets. Please select the city and the number of tickets (tickets for people with disabilities, free tickets for companions and normal price tickets).
Important: Proof (e.g. a photo of the disabled person's ID) must be provided for each free escort booked. Please upload photos or scans of the proof using the form here.
After you have sent your request, we will check it and, if the reserved contingent has not yet been used up, reserve your tickets and create an order. You will then receive an e-mail with a link. You can then use this link to view your order. Please check first that everything has been booked correctly.
Please note: We have reserved a separate contingent for inclusion tickets. Even if the selected event is already sold out, this does not mean that you will not get any more tickets.
If you agree with the order we have sent you by e-mail, you can make a payment directly from the order overview. If it is not possible for you to use the specified payment methods (PayPal, credit card, Klarna), please reply to our e-mail and let us know. We will then send you bank details to which you can transfer the amount. Please note that we will delete your order and may pass on the tickets if your order is not paid within 10 days of our email with the payment request and order overview.
We check all proofs by hand. It may therefore take a few days before you receive a reply from us, especially at the start of a pre-sale. In any case, we will also get back to you if tickets are no longer available. Please allow up to 10 days for a reply. Thank you for your patience.
